I almost never read the emails I get from American Express, they are usually junk mail. But for some reason I opened this one and it was offering card holders free tickets to see the Eagles at the Wiltern Theater in LA. So, I responded and did so in time to get tickets for the event. We didn't realize it was a private event with everything being comped, but it was surely a pleasant surprise.
The band still rocks, they did a great performance. A night out together was sensational. Guess which card I will be using this holiday season.
