Pressure Waves

Mama to be is doing great with her first round of pressure waves (contractions for those not in the Hypnobabies world).

We are getting closer on a name. Driving around this morning was somewhat inspiring. Thank goodness because I just looked at the birth certificate form and it looks a little like an SAT exam. You can't erase your answers and you should be prepared with some well thought out information. Finally, any mistakes are only amendable via a long drawn out set of additional forms that will take at least on year to get approved. So if you inadvertently spell you daughters name as Ilsa instead of Lisa, little Ilsa will wander through her first year of life scarred and with confused grandparents.

I ran home to get Lisa a few things today and Bella kept looking behind me for her mom. Sweet little thing almost looked nervous like she knew something was going on. We have been lucky to have some great friends in Chrystal and Mike who jumped in to watch our little Bell. I hope to bring home baby's blanket tonight so she can get acquainted. Such an exciting time for her as well.

Elizabeth (Lisa's sister) arrives in about an hour into LAX. I think she will make in time for the magic moment. Surely great birth control for a young woman. It will be nice to have her here for picture taking (she will become an appointed photographer) and to take care of Bella tonight.

Back to looking after mama. More as our story unfolds.
