Traveling like we do we don’t get to the movies much. As a matter of fact, if it wasn’t for friends who occasionally ask us to join them I don’t think we would ever get to a theater. Direct TV makes it too easy to watch things at home. Somewhere in LA movie studios are cringing at their new reality. However, maybe the recession will continue to boost their fortunes a bit longer. Movies are still cheaper than Disneyland.
That said I do get the much edited version of many movies on planes. Here I actually do see quite a few movies. So, I need to provide a recommendation. Have you seen the movie Four Christmases? I am watching it on a flight while I am writing this, so I am missing out on the really good expletives, but this movie is hysterical, an absolute must see. Yes, I do see the similarities to my life (I know someone out there is thinking that).
In about 18 hours I will be flying back across America and am scheduled to see The Express. Looking forward to a good football movie.
