OVO and IRIS

One of Lisa's favorite perfoming arts groups is Cirque Du Soleil, so anytime there is a new show or a traveling show in the area we try see it.  This winter was no different as we found the opportunity to see two shows - Ovo the traveling show as it stopped by Santa Monica and Iris which is on-going at the Kodak Theater in Hollywood.

Iris was a date night event with my wonderful wife.  We headed up to Hollywood to see the show and then took in late dinner in Hollywood.  A show about the shows (the movies that is).  Iris was a great night out.

Then we took our little girl to "the circus". When she see the the Cirque tents, she thinks it is the circus.  The big top was in town at the Santa Monica Pier.  Ovo is a story of bugs.  Siena was not quite waht sure to make of it at first (loud noises in the dark were not her thing), but she quickly grew to enjoy the show.
