Christmas Day Tradition

An annual tradition in our household, since we moved to California has been spending Christmas Day with Suzanne and Tom Valker and their family and friends.

This year it was very special as "Nana" (Suzanne's Mom) was visiting and we got to visit with her, always a treat to see her!

We are so grateful to them for being such good friends, sharing their home with us and adopting us into their family!  It's always a fun, festive and relaxing time.  Suzanne prepares a huge, yummy feast and we see friends and family we don't get to connect with throughout the year. Another treat was Siena getting to play with her friend June, who is just a few months older.

Back in October Suzanne and Tom celebrated their 40 year anniversary and we were honored to be part of their special day!

Since Nana was spending time after the holidays Siena and I traveled with her up to Pasadena to see the Rose Parade floats on display and had lunch in Sierra Madre.  What a fun day!
