Amongst the many things Lisa does with Siena each week, she has recently added a new activity, Princess Ballet class. It is an interactive Mommy and me class that is offered through our town civic center. No, it really isn’t ballet at this point (although they do show them some ballet things), it is more of an interactive story and learning time where the practice building motor skills. I am pretty sure Siena is the youngest child in the group and she is surely one of the most energetic. She loves to interact with the other kids and she has actually learned a few new things (she hops like a bunny now). The best part of the class is the time she gets to spend with Mommy doing new things and learning more about being part of the group. So far so good, she is still very sweet around other children and her social skills are developing. She isn’t quite ready to let Mommy and Daddy too far out of her sight yet, but she is having fun. What could be better than wearing a tutu and getting a magic wand? A princess she is.
