I know they have happened, I see things on my calendar that suggest they occurred. Yet somehow they were a blur. Siena is nine months old now (and cute as ever). For her nine month check-up she weighed in at 20 pounds and is 29.5 inches tall. She started out at 7 pounds 10 ounces and 20.5 inches. So this means she is growing an inch a month in height and 1.25 pounds per month.
All this growth also means she is now in 12 to 18 month clothing and is trending ahead of the average. Her long legs will make it hard for us to find things that will fit her. I see more separates and cute dresses in her future. At her current growth rate she will be about able to ride some of the roller coasters with height limits at Disney by age 2. She like to stand up now (scary to think she might figure out how to walk soon) and when she does she looks more like a little person and not so much of a baby anymore.
Our little girl is growing up fast. Not sure where the next 9 months will go, but I know they will be gone before I know it.
